WHAT IS AN INTERACTIVE PRESENTATION?
Interactive legal presentations are custom made, EXE applications that run on your windows laptop or computer, and provide interactive demonstrative visuals for use in trial, arbitration, mediation or any other hearing, where visuals would help explain the story or your case in a clear and engaging manner.
CAN YOU MAKE CHANGES QUICKLY?
Excellent question, and yes absolutely. In fact the entire development workflow created by Voytek Studios has be predicated on, and shaped by the fact that trial attorneys and trail teams may need last minute changes.
WHO WOULD RUN AN INTERACTIVE PRESENTATION DURING TRIAL?
The person designated as your operator or hot-seat operator will run your presentation. Presentations created by Voytek Studios are specifically designed to be easy to use, install, run, and share.
DO I NEED ANY SPECIAL SOFTWARE TO RUN A VOYTEK STUDIOS PRESENTATION?
Not at all. All presentations will be delivered to your firm as an EXE file. Just double click to launch the presentation and it will open on your Windows computer full screen.
HOW MANY TRIALS HAVE YOU SUPPORTED IN YOUR CAREER?
Approximately 1,200 over the past 25 years. Voytek studios also specializes in data visualizations, complicated construction and environmental cases involving large maps and data sets, officer involved shooting cases, enhanced video presentations and mediation presentations of all kinds, as these are the most commonly requested applications.
WHEN SHOULD WE ENGAGE WITH A COMPANY LIKE VOYTEK STUDIOS?
As early as possible is best, however most trial teams usually contact me about 90 days before trial, about the same time their expert reports are due. By then they know if their expert’s testimony will require visuals as well.
DO YOU CHARGE FOR CONSULTATIONS?
No, consultations are free, I’m happy to talk to any attorney that would like to get an idea if a Voytek Studios presentation is right for them or their case.

Think of Voytek Studios as the art department for your next case. You will need demonstrative visuals to bring the themes of your case to life, and educate your jury or mediator in an engaging and memorable way. As more and more courtrooms have presentation technology installed, there is more opportunity to utilize the presentation value and visual organization of a custom developed interactive presentation.
WHAT IS A TYPICAL CASE LIKE FOR VOYTEK STUDIOS?
Trial teams usually engage with Voytek Studios the moment they realize the themes they are trying to convey, in order to win, are too; voluminous, data intensive, abstract, complicated, or require a PHD to understand. Or if they simply do not want to produce yet another unending, overly worded, ubiquitous slide show.
Most typically, I’m engaged early on and at minimum create an interactive chronology of the sequence of events relevant to the case. This chronology is used internally during trial team meetings to get a feel for how the the developing themes will be received, then more visuals are developed as themes are. The presentation is then used at mediation, then modified if mediation is unsuccessful. Used at mock trial, then further refined. Then ultimately used at trial for opening, testimony, rebuttals, and closing as a demonstrative aid. Voytek Studios is available at any time throughout out this process to assist in any way.
